Nature of Complaint: Vehicle loan; Problems when you are unable to pay

Complaint:  My husband and purchased cars from Auto Acceptance in XXXX or XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX we went back in to Auto Acceptance and did a transfer of ownership. I owned the XXXX XXXX and he owned the XXXX Chevrolet XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX he became the owner of the XXXX Chrysler XXXX. I became the owner of the XXXX Chevrolet XXXX. I traded the XXXX Chevrolet XXXX in to XXXX XXXX in XXXX, OR later in XXXX XXXX. Everything was okay until XXXX XXXX, when he defaulted on his loan. XXXX XXXX, I went for a refinance on my car and discovered that Auto Acceptance had put a XXXX against me. I tried several times with written communication to Auto Acceptance to get the charge moved and to this day it has n’t been corrected. I also sent documentation to XXXX where the negative report was made and it was n’t changed. My husband went in to Auto Acceptance and got a written agreement to pay so much per month until his loan was paid off, Auto Acceptance did not acknowledge this when I sent a copy of his agreement and other documents showing him as the individual owner. A letter was sent to me stating I owed XXXX this amount and needed to pay it. It affected my credit in a very negative way. I had worked very hard in getting my credit scores up to almost XXXX, just for this to pull me back down.. ( 1290479)
