Complaint: Ace cash express sent me email correspondence stating my payment would be withdrawn from my account on XXXX/XXXX/15. On XXXX/XXXX/2015 I received an email confirmation stating my payment was withdrawn from my account, causing my account to overdraft. When I filled out my application I advised the dates I get paid through my employer. I have sent Ace an email expressing their error and demanding a refund of the payment, plus fees associated with the overdraft. This company advertises that they are there to help those in need when in fact, they have cause me personally more financial stress.. ( 1341063)
